NOTE: Each shipping fee rate applies strictly to one delivery date. Separate orders must be processed for deliveries on different dates.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
1. SPECIAL OCCASION (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day)
a.1 The cut-off for pre-orders is until February 10 for deliveries on February 13-14. Any orders received on February 12 will be delivered on February 15.
b.The cut-off for pre-orders is until May 9 for deliveries on May 10-12. Any orders received on May 10 will be delivered on May 13.
b. No Specific time of delivery. We have 2 slots morning and afternoon delivery.
Morning: between 6:00 am- 11:00 am
Afternoon: between 12nn- 6pm.
c. Due to the current high volume of deliveries, we are unable to accommodate specific time requests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
d. We cannot able to take picture during this season, rest assured we will update you if your orders is now ready to deliver
2. SAME-DAY DELIVERY (Regular Days)
For selected areas in Cavite and Metro Manila, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 pm. Otherwise, if the delivery radius extends up to 15 kilometers from our physical shop, your order will be shipped the next day. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, we will promptly notify you and discuss suitable replacement options.
