A. To ensure their freshness upon delivery, you might receive buds or flowers in various stages of bloom.

B. The longevity of fresh flowers ranges from 2 to 5 days, depending on the flower type.

C. Flowers are inherently perishable, and slight color variations may occur, especially during the transportation process. Rest assured, we handpick the best blossoms for every arrangement.

D. We take extra steps by applying a floral spray and supplying oxygen-infused water to the stems for foam-free arrangements, or using floral foam mixed with floral food powder, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep in peak freshness and vitality.

Selected parts of CAVITE and METRO MANILA are eligible for our delivery service.

Customers have the flexibility to arrange their preferred courier for delivery or opt for the convenience of picking up their orders directly from our store.

1. Delivery & Shipping

Coverage: We offer flat-rate shipping with built-in insurance for damage/loss.

Third-Party Pickup: If you arrange your own courier, our liability ends once the item leaves our premises in good condition.

Weather: Please be patient with our riders during extreme heat; individual dispatch is required to maintain freshness.

2. Freshness & Design

Artistic Nature: Every arrangement is unique. Final products may differ slightly from photos. We advise buyers to thoroughly review product information before making a purchase and to clarify any questions with our Chat Support team to avoid confusion.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers with those of similar or higher value to maintain the overall look and color.

Care: All flowers are treated with oxygen-infused water and food in temperature-controlled environments.

3. Changes & Peak Season (May 8-10)

Deadlines: Order or address modifications are only accepted until May 6.

Timing: We cannot guarantee specific delivery times during peak dates; orders will be delivered on the scheduled day and preferred time.

Pickups: Please present your Order Number/Invoice and arrive on time to ensure bouquet freshness.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: For pre-orders, 40% of the total is non-refundable. Down payments are non-refundable.

Claims: Returns/refunds are only considered within 24 hours of receipt and require proof (receipt/screenshot). Subject or management approval and reasonable cases.

Exclusions: Delivery fees and personalized items are non-refundable. Refunds take 2-3 business days to process.
